Due to our continued success we are looking to add to our team of financial advisors in order to meet the needs of our clients.
We have opportunities for both experienced financial advisors and also new entrants to the financial services industry.
- Experienced advisors joining our team will find the career progression opportunity, training and, support refreshing. We have a fully RDR compliant service offering, provide support with study towards the diploma in financial Advice and beyond, provide market leading IT solutions for client service and management and also provide business development support through our professional connections.
- New entrants to the industry join our Academy which provides a comprehensive training and coaching scheme as well as on the job training.
Our training scheme begins with a foundation course provided by our trainers and industry experts. Once this has been successfully completed you will join one of our teams and be mentored by one of our financial advisors.
You will then begin your professional qualification programme. This starts with the Diploma in Financial Advice which will lead to you gaining qualifications in areas such as financial regulations, investments, pensions, personal and corporate taxation, mortgages and protection. You will then progress to the Advanced Diploma, and finally study towards becoming a Chartered Financial Advisor.
All training and financial planning qualification costs are borne by the company.
The on the job training element at Ablestoke consists of you shadowing experienced financial advisors as well as working alongside, mortgage brokers, stockbrokers, accountants and other industry experts. This is designed to ensure an individual’s understanding & career progression.
Although excellent academic qualifications are assumed, we also look for other features in a candidate’s CV: e.g. areas of sporting success and/or situations where the candidate has held positions of responsibility or had the opportunity to demonstrate qualities of leadership and entrepreneurship.
We require individuals who have integrity, excellent communication skills, immaculate appearance, self motivation and a determination to excel in order to help us deliver our financial planning service to our clients.
